Its always tough picking the first anything. I have way too many favorites to pick just one. So I decided to go "old school'. This is The Mapes Hotel and Casino in Reno, Nevada. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mapes_Hotel) Taken on film around 1996 or so. They tore it down in 2000. This is the early days of my fascination with old hotels, and abandoned buildings. Enjoy.
