These are actually Mandelbrots. Why don't they look like them? Instead of changing the algorithm, I changed the rules for multiplying complex numbers. This system produces a larger variety of shapes, too. I made some newer (better) ones but unfortunately photoblog has employed a new 5-photo maximum rule (seriously, guys?) so I'll probably start uploading photos somewhere else.
