People like to put up walls. Emotional walls, actual physical walls. Lots of different kinds of walls. These pictures just happen to be of the actual physically bearing kind. My sister and I ran around downtown EP. Surprisingly we weren't stopped by anyone (our wonderful border patrol) and asked anything. I'm glad the finally started focusing on those that come from the OTHER side of the river than messing with us OBVIOUS American citizens who are there to just do a little water testing or take pictures of a stupid fence. (No offense to anyone in that line of work :D )
