I love no. 2. The middle gradient captures my eyes. Branches and cloud add to 'mystery'. The picture has good background and foreground.

Il love #2 because it is vertical, and one can find more different colours than in #1. #2 speaks more to me about where the picture have been taken. But I love the golden refection in #1.
