I've been terribly busy at work. No opportunities to take photographs nor post/ edit new ones.
Guess what? I've actually given myself more work to do!!
I'm now planning a trip to the USA in June this year.
A very ambitious trip which should cover some parts of the east and the west coast.
My wife and I intend to get it done in 14 days.
As of now, we've only booked the air-tickets (international and domestic flights. Singapore-San Fran, Las Vegas-Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh-NYC, NYC-Spore). The non-flight journeys will be by car.
So many more things to do!!
Hopefully, these guidebooks would be of help. We intend to cover the places shown above in that order.

Well, the places of those books are all on the West coast, except New York, so they are most likely possible. Are you flying in and out of the same State? It is about a four day trip across the States driving, without any sightseeing. My suggestion is to check out one of the trains that take people across the country on sight seeing tours, perhaps they have a 14 day trip. Otherwise, your going to want to spend a week on one coast and fly to the other coast and back.
Make sure you don't miss Yosemite!!!! And in New York a great way to spend an hour or so, camera at the ready, is to take the Staten Island ferry from Manhattan.
