My day out the other day took me on a walk through the nearby village of Datchet on to Eton.
Eton is the sister- like town on the opposite side of the river to Windsor. It's where the famous Eton College drawers busses of tourists and the streets are filled with well behaved, suited school boys.
The school boys are always either dressed in their school uniform (a suit with long tail); or cricket gear.
The school is surrounded by expanses of cricket fields and pitches. It's funny- to read the signs beside the gates which lead to the street "Eton boys not to cross here."
