You really have to make the most of the sunshine when it graces London with its presence. On Thursday, I had lunch at this little pub, tucked away in the side streets of Heathrow.
The airport is just a street away, but The Pheasant is a little gem in a hay stack. It consists of two buildings- you are greeted with this abstract construction (I have posted here) when you rock up, but the main part is a seperate, much more English traditional building. Like in the bathrooms where you get a clean, uncomplicated traditional style.
The daffodil photo I class as a bit of a masterpiece- it was also surprising to see them coming back again- the seasons are a-changing !!
Lunch too was really nice, and generously portioned, if not excessively portioned ! A passer by commented " I thought I was the only one who did that " when he spotted me taking the photo of the plate !!!
