If you want to look at parkour and perhaps find a local group, http://www.pkaus.com/ might be a good place to start. That is an Australian site, with some great material. I highly recommend finding a local group and going along. I know that at least the group that I went along with were very open and friendly, and will help you to learn -- if you want to. You don't have to be already good, or be able to do it at all -- just be willing to try.
