Thorny Spider

While doing a large amount of mowing at Moggill, we came across a lot of these brightly-coloured, thorny spiders. They didn't seem that aggressive, but they had strung long strands between trees - as it turns out, just about every tree I wanted to mow past.
They didn't always have webs as such, just strands, so the only time I saw them was when I walked into them, or when the mower kicked up enough soil to reveal the strands, spy-with-talcum-powder-style.
