Ah the history! I moved to Richmond Va about a year and a half ago to get married. Little did I know how much the architecture would inspire me.

So glad to see these pictures as well. Well, you moved to the right place if you want to see history. Know what we say about Richmonders? This might tell you: Q: How many Richmonders does it take to change a light bulb? A: 4. One to simply get the bulb changed and three more to stand around to lament having to get rid of the old one.

BTW: my grandfather fell in love with my grandmother at Main Street Station in 1923. He married her 10 days later. It lasted 63 years. ;-)
