The gang went back to Sydney on the 3rd day, Easter Monday. We had a quick stop at Orange to see what sights are worth seeing. Sad to say, nothing matched our expectations so we just took this souvenir shot at one of the city's government buildings.
|
At Bathurst, we had a longer stop-over at the Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit. The race course is open to the public when there's no racing event. But you can't race... the speed limit is 60 kph. Bugger!

This is the highest peak of the winding race course overlooking the city.
|
There's a wide expanse of picnic grounds on top of Mount Panorama where you have a 360 degree view of the peak's vicinity. It's a perfect location for the gang's ritual jump shots.

My favorite: jump ups! We used to do those in Outward Bound, and you've captured some good ones -- can't decide among #8, 9, or 10. You've captured some good action shots among those three. Thanks for the smiles you gave me. -Jan
