Julie got me a Weber charcoal grill for Father's Day. So to break it in I grilled some hotdogs on it...I walked away for literally three minutes...I came back to petrified fossils basically. I use a gas grill and I swear I am a good all the time, I just need a little practice with the charcoal one:)

Good thing I started out on cheap hotdogs and not nice expensive steaks:)
