Some of you may remember this post I made on a sickly sweet, erm, sweet called the jalebi.
The pictures above show how it's made. No one makes this at home any more. You just walk to the nearest sweet-shop & buy a kilo or so for prompt consumption. Jalebies are best eaten piping hot!
