Yes. They do stink. I wondered about whether they were loggerhead beetles or if they were harmful to our forest. I don't recall them here before.

stabeez Dicranocephalus albipes are, apparently, harmless to humans and forests. They often move indoors to overwinter and become active when habitats warm. They are a biological control for the plant, Leafy Spurge and are ony one type of the many referred to as stink bug. Thanks for getting me started Ricky.
