Stoats (Mustela erminea) are also called Short-tailed Weasels in North America and in winter, with its white winter coat, it is called an Ermine.

The Ermine are very cute but can be aggressive when provoked. There was one nesting in the outhouse at camp....I woun't approach one any time soon! Keryl · 2011-07-06: 15:40
