Poppies

The poppy buds are bursting today.

This "cap"ought to fall off tomorrow.

Blurry reds aren't showing the petals.

The very centre will become the seed pod.

My camera and I seem to have difficulty in not getting blurry looking bright reds. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but when I set the camera to program mode and let it make the decisions, it gets the same sort of results.
Oh well. I'm still happy with the results.
