These days, thousands of young people are protesting in the streets of Copenhagen, as the police has evicted 'Ungdomshuset' (translates directly into The house of youth)--a place for young people run by young people, a place of diversity and multiplicity, a place with room for anyone. It has been the center of the anarcistic culture in Denmark, as this is a place where there has been room for people with controversial viewes, a place where edgy personalities could be respected for who they are.
A percent or two of the youngsters protesting, mainly parts of the anarcistic parts of the users of Ungdomshuset, believe, that the way to get the house back is to throw bricks, cobblestones, bottles and molotovcoctails at the police. the police usualy replies with teargas thrown into the crowd without a warning, or even pulling their clubs. Assaults from the protestors and abuse of power & unnecesary brutality by the police has led to intense streetfights.
This is a small part of the conflict told through my lense, though none of the pictures show neither the burning cars and flying cobblestones, as I prefer to stay clear of this, nor headshots of angry, outraged, desperat, illfated and wretched protestors, as taking pictures of people's faces is prohibited tabu, as the pictures can be used as evidence by the police.

Very dramatic shots. I hope this can be resolved soon in a way that benefits everybody.
