LoveIronically, this picture of a homeless man fixing in an alley in inner Vesterbro (an area in central Copenhagen often connected with drugs and prostitution) was shot just outside a Jakob Holdt exhibition. Jakob Holdt is a Danish photographer famous for his book and slide show American Pictures, which features pictures taken on his many vagabond journies in the States during the past 30 years, where he has lived with strangers, many of which are among the very poorest of Americans, and many of which are drug addicts. This might have fitted right in. And it might just be my favourite of my own pictures so far.

Saksi BisuBut the column's still standing! Amazing shot. Not only, though mainly, because of the infamous story it tells, quietly but steady, but also because of the tectures and the colours. Wow.

IceBeautiful contrast; very clear image. Amazing capture of the falling drops. And though very simple, I've been staring at it for minutes now. Just fabulous.
