What did it feel like, I read some buildings swayed?

buildings swayed? that's just over-dramatic comments by too-excited people on the road. You know when something happens and people keep talking about it, it will grow bigger than the fact. :) It just felt like... you know you are in a car or train and it starts moving... just this time you are on floor. After that I felt dizzy... dunno why but seems like many people experienced it too.
