A sunrise event was left to the imagination this morning in the Raleigh area with dense fog obscuring any view to the east. Here's a stand-in shot from my archive... this from April 24, 2006, a spectacle that featured my favorite sunrise-only shades of orange and blue (and viewed far better large on black).
