The marine effect took its toll on any "see-the-sun's-effects" sunrise opportunity in the Carlsbad, CA area this morning, yielding only wall-to-wall clouds... but the view, seen here in early twilight (and better large on black), was still interesting. It's worth noting that the glow at the horizon isn't sun-related but, rather, was reflected light from parking lot lights in a shopping center beyond the horizon. Hey... a glow is a glow!
