Got stuck in traffic during this morning's Carlsbad area sunrise and wasn't able to shoot the clear-skies sunrise that occured. Soooo... here's a stand-in shot from my archive, from February 16, 2008 (and better large on black), one of those mornings when the best color was "away from the ball"... in this case far north of the place on the horizon where the sun would eventually rise.
