The Raleigh area was completely socked in this morning, with visibility down to a couple hundred yards. Here's a stand-in shot from my archive - March 14, 2008. The interesting structure of the clouds wasn't visible until the neon started to spread beneath them, seen here right at sunrise proper (and better large on black). Great fun!
