It's hit or miss lately in the Raleigh area for sunrise events, and today was an overcast miss. Here's a stand-in shot from the archive, from December 24, 2007, the twilight view over Bogue Sound toward the Morehead City harbor area (seen from the deck at the Channel Marker, in Atlantic Beach... and better large on black).
