The few clouds in the Morehead City area were positioned perfectly for their contribution to the sunrise event, looking from behind the Channel Marker on the Atlantic Beach causeway over Bogue Sount toward Morehead. The top image is the view at sunrise proper (better large on black), #2 is the view at early twilight, #3 at late twilight and #4 is the post-rise view (all better LOB, here, here and here). Sweet sunrise show!
