Where sunrise is concerned, "mostly cloudy skies" can mean very good things, as this morning's Raleigh area sunrise attests... seen in the top image during late twilight (and better large on black), in #2 just after sunrise proper (also better LOB) and in a wide post-rise view above (again, better LOB). Sweet cloudy sunrise!
