The Raleigh area saw truly cloudless skies this morning for the first time in several weeks... and plenty of that summer haze and the resulting fuschia sun upon emergence... seen in the top image just as it started transitioning to yellow (and better large on black). Above is the wider post-rise view a few minutes later, with a classically yellow sun (also better LOB). Sweet!
