Saturday: myself, the sister and the Holga high-tailed it down to Graiguenamanagh for the
book festival.. Graigue has to be the cutest village in the country!
The book festival was fantastic - definitely going back next year.
Got lost on the way home and ended up halfway up Mount Leinster. Worth it; the views were spectacular and a sheep farmer waved at us!
Hoping the Holga pics turned out nicely, but I'm not finished the roll yet. I'm a lot more careful with film shots seeing as they're so expensive to process! Am paranoid that I didn't take the lens off though.
Graiguenamanagh: from the Irish Gráig na Manach - the village of the monks. From this, and from working in a Cistercian Abbey, you'd think I'd have remembered there's a Cistercian church in Graigue that I should visit. I didn't. Next time, I promise!
