I'm not even halfway through The Manual yet...


In what's fast becoming a Christmas tradition, I bought myself a new camera today; and finally got my hands on a D-SLR! Canon 1000D is what I could afford (and was muchmuch more affordable when I headed up to Newry across the border; pfhtage to patriotic shopping, I say!)
I'm less than halfway through the manual, so all hints and links to hints welcome!
And happy Christmas everyone :D
