I called my grandfather Poppy, I miss him.

This post reminds me of him. Not just because the flower is a poppy. But because he was different every day, just depending on your point of view meshed with his mood.

There are 24 seperate fires burning in New Mexico. Its so very dry. I hope this is the closest to fireworks I see this 4th of july.
