Exploring Pulau Ubin

Ubin Jetty
After the 10-minute bumboat ride from Changi Jetty, this is the docking area. Few walks from here is where family picnics and bonding activities can be done, kites, barbecuing, camping and the likes :) We just passed by this area and focused on the more physical activities! And rented a bike for single riders!

Walk for nature lovers
This is when all bikes need to be parked and photography of floral and wild life comes next... The walking trail is simply relaxing with giant trees shading the path while leaves are dancing with the wind :) Then waaaah a boar or lizzard or whatever reptiles crosses the road hahahaha but NO harm ofcourse, lucky if you can steal good shots!

Coastal BoardWalk at Check Jawa
Healthy mangroves, sea creatures, trees and coastal loops. Mangroves, didn't expect to see healthy and vast grown in Singapore...

Jejawi tower
A worth-the-effort price upon reaching the 20m top--panoramic view of the NATURELY side of Singapore!At first, felt nervous because lots of tourists are in the top level, seems like more than what the tower can handle...Then just waved it off because of lots to see!hahaha

Huge rocks and ecosystems*

This is one of my first galas in Singapore with five athletic and adventurous friends. Pulau Ubin translated as Granite Island is in the north-east part of SG.

This island offers a fascinating NATURE trip and trekking with amazing greeneries, fresh air, animals popping out as surprise; view of the old Singapore VILLAGES,picnic by the beach, fishing, camping,kite flying, biking, great places to eat and of course photography!

The adventure starts with a 10-minute bumboat ride from the Changi Point Ferry Jetty to the Ubin Jetty. Then we rent single bikes and the adventure begins! If you are not so athletic, there are other modes of traspo to cater all ages and most have tour guides:)

Funny, my last biking experience was like 5years ago when I was in high school!I was expecting that this gala is just like a leisure biking in the park(never did my research, there are challenging roads hahaha),took me 5 minutes to be comfy with my bike and later on absorbed with the NATURELY side of Singapore, AWESOME really...It's like you'll keep on biking to see more of the island, then walk and climb to the top excited of what's waiting for you--big SURPRISE in there! This amazing island is real wide but we never got lost, roads and trails are WELL-marked!Tips--wear your trusty hiking shoes and watch-out for some friendly animals roaming around hahahaha! no wories on drinks, just have some coins on your pocket, vendo machines are perfectly placed besides some rest area and comfort rooms as well :)

Very good, you post pictures and tell what represent, beautiful place to relax and take pictures. All the pictures are very beautiful of the #5 is wonderful :):):):)
