Waiting for a friend of mine at this station of U6 in Vienna, I took the following pictures.
By the way, most of the U6 -underground stations are actually above ground because it uses the rails of a former tramway.
Erlaaer Straße ("Erlaaer Steet") is in the 23rd district, most of which is very green and suburbian. Waiting there at 3 pm was like waiting for Godot at the end of the world.
