There are times when coffee (gallons of it) just won't do it. When you realize that its time to change gears. That its time for fresh thinking. When you realize and admit that its time for tea. Green tea, black tea, orange tea, pekoe tea; they all allow one to take a step out of the old routine and into something fresh. Besides all of tea's alleged medicinal uses the one that most fascinated me was how one could inhale a buffet of greasy food and then have a cup of tea to calm things down and basically degrease you. Good stuff tea.

We British always say 'Why don't you have a nice cup of tea, Luv'. Solves everything. But the best cup of tea I ever had was served to me by my Egyptian friend Loutfy Boulos.
