Small Stones: The Post

There are 3 telegraph posts within the immediate vicinity of where I live. This is my favourite, partly because it looks different from every view...but also because it is not identified with a DP number but with the name of the address, Cerrig Bychan.
Cerrig Bychan is Welsh for 'Small Stones' but here on the post are 2 different spellings of the address...I began to wonder if there was a 'correct' way to spell the name or whether these were just archaic versions (which doesn't make sense as telegraph posts don't go back too far historically)
I did some research and discovered that Cerrig Bychan is the right spelling, as the other versions don't make any sense...and so I am left completely bemused.
