Ok, so this picture didn't turn out how I was expecting but still looked really cool. I was doing a happy dance because we got good news in our all employee meeting today. Our 401K company match went up from 5% to 6% and all who have been there under 5 years are now completely vested and don't have to wait the 5 years to get the 100% company match. We are also hiring more people. Last year we had a total of 76 people, over the next couple of months we're supposed to go up to 84. AND we are all getting pay increases but they have to wait until March to let us know how much (that's when the rest of the company does raises).
