Once again your words blend with your image. Besides liking the sepia-type tone, I like the way that my eye focuses on the man and his activity. Yet the photo is very busy as I peer closely and I love the incredible detail against the wall (what are those? Bottles?) and texture of the wall and sink? And moisture or water dripping from the man's hand. Fascinating!

wow you said it but the picture says it in a million ways.. I think about that more and more every year and everyday ... I LOVE this shot.. love the tone and story.!

This is wonderful, Guy... this man's shirt looks the same texture as the walls that confine him... his face says so much about his surrounds... almost a kind of resignation, but, at the same time, a great level of concentration to what he is doing. He looks like an alchemist - what is he doing, if you don't mind me asking?
