I have decided to do another edition of my book and
re-titled it :-
"From a Celtic Tiger to a Dirty Dog"
the folks above, outside a local hostel, agreed the new title was more appropriate :-

It's available now, online only, at a whopping €36 (Hardback) - I'm making no money from it , so don't blame me for price !
Maybe in time some publisher will come along and help me (get rich and price it better), for the moment you can have a quick preview and hopefully like it ...
