This shot proved a challenge. I lacked enough lighting to do this as I wanted, so I did what I could with just a ceiling light from the kitchen and a shaded lamp from the living room, up-turned to cast some light on the wall and to light up the left side of his face. After that I had to find the right angle to take a shot.
I definitely need to invest in some proper lighting for photography!

A very strong portrait !
Light ( and dark here ) is fantastic, works very well, in b/w then, I think...... Composition, the angle, is a good choice !
