....taken on a gray morning drive, these birds are oblivious to traffic roaring by at 50 mph (taken from the shoulder of a quite busy road); but as soon as you hop out of the car, they move off into to the shelter of the brush.
Taken with my Pentax K100D Super and a 17 x 70 mm lens, which was not really up to the task. I would have been better off with my bridge camera (Canon Powershot s3is).
