April 5- long trip home...

Our plane. We took off from Narita at 11:20 am, flew 12-1/2 hours and landed at Dulles (DC) before we even took off, at around 10:40 am. Kind of "Lost" like- travelling back in time ;-)...
Oh- the route was across almost the north pole- Alaska and much of arctic Canada, and then down into the east US. We caught sight of the northern lights out our window at one point on the flight home. |
