For the first time in 23 years, friend Dan did not throw the Pow Wow this year. ( linked pix from last year). Went and hung out with Lisa and a few friends, but we all agreed that there were much less familiar faces about then there usually were. Still- a pleasant warm day out, by the water, so a nice afternoon.

A number of cute puppies were about.

Lisa's new tattoo- she got it on Friday- in memory of her beloved cat Z, aka "Fat Dog" , who passsed away in December of last year.

Big chicken sculpture- which included old skis and crutches. I think they burn it when it gets dark but I never stick around that late.
