Showed up at the church kitchen to cook today with my friend Kat (aka "Kat the butcher"). Imagine Kat's glee when we walked in to find 70 lbs of prime beef ready to be trimmed and sliced for beef burgundy. Thank goodness I got to bake the dessert!
