Last Day of Vacation Blues

Katie had a helper this morning when she was making biscuits.
|
Cole was inspecting the dishwasher because he thought it wasn't working...this could possibly be another ploy to get in the photoblog.
|
Uncle Jan didn't seem too concerned about the dishwasher.
|
Nate got up too late for breakfast...he didn't mind because he got a big bowl of Cap'n Crunch...ick.
|
It took everyone awhile to get going this morning.
|
Aunt Shery seems to be showing Cheryl how to do the dishes.
|
Jan finally made it down to the lake and gave the dogs a workout.
|
I didn't have much of a workout...this was my busiest activity on the lake.
|
Nate and Jan found shade and hoped everyone else would entertain them with water play.
|
There was a short game of beach volleyball.
|
Assistant to the Photoblogger seems a little wiped out from vacation.

Finally...some activity on the water!

They needed to keep raising the flag as these guys fell off a lot today.

The inactivity moved back up to the cabin.

Our last supper together...Aunt Shery put out copious amounts of food and still worried that we didn't have enough to eat.

Even Tally was tired.

So was Lucy.
|
Sadie laying around also.
|
We are packed up to leave for home...will probably take off about 4:30 am...the family thinks we're crazy for leaving so early, but it's a 12 hour drive home. We like to get home in time to unpack and get organized.
