For The Meat Lovers

We use insulated gloves in the church kitchen to mix the ground meats into meat loaf. The meat is amazingly cold!

It's a dirty job...one I was thankful I wasn't doing.

So I was going to call this "Evolution of 50 pounds of Meat Loaf", but I wasn't in the church kitchen long enough to see the finished product. I'm thankful my job usually involves dessert preparation!
