Once a year, Torontonians of all ages try to stay up and out on the streets as late as possible to see large- and small-scale exhibitions of art and performance that are supposed to go from dusk til dawn. This year's light graphix display at City Hall was a good follow-up to the building to building pong game of last year- huge, powerful lights suspended between the buildings, with a change in 2-4 letter words at irregular intervals. A uniting experience!
