There is such beauty amid such destruction and dilapidation. Love the stand off in 12 and her hand in 19. Not sure what that is on it.

Max, my mouth just hangs open as I scroll through these photos... every one is spectacular. You have captured so much more that the place... we see the lives of the people which is fascinating! #10 and 11 are so hard for me to imagine even as I see them ... I love them all!

Vraiment un autre monde ! Etonnant ,attachant aussi que de couleurs de lumiére ! Le regard du vieux monsieur au turban est fascinant et difficile a definir ce n'est pas de la curiosité ni de l'etonnement non c'est "Autre chose ". Encore bravo pour ce magnifique reportage que tu as su rendre si vivant loin des "Cartes postales "
