I took the train down to the Hollywood Farmer's Market on Sunday for some seasonal deliciousness. So many fresh goodies on display. My bounty included the following: red carrots, golden beets, radishes, kohlrabi, ramps, arugula, watercress, mizuno, frisee, dandelion greens, cherries, and cheremoya.

I have become quite addicted to roasted vegetables, but this was a new combination for me. It turned out quite delicious, though, and I'm definitely going to be preparing this often.
