Thai cuisine has always been my mom's favourite! Whenever there's an important occassion, she'll choose Thai cuisine!
Over the weekend, I've cooked her top3 selection of Thai cuisine. sadly, I don't think the Pandan chicken is up to my standard.
Someone, please share with me the authentic Pandan Chicken recipe.
