I wanted to do something with the additional piece of chicken breast but I'm lazy to cook chicken chop, was thinking very hard until I remember Rena told me she once grilled her chicken breast with mayo and parmesan cheese. So, i thought to myself "maybe i can do something similiar but a version of mine"
Spice your Mayo chicken
Ingrediants
1. Chicken breast, cut into slices or cubes
2. Marinate for 30 minutes with
- 1 tsp of Le Perile sauce and Teriyaki sauce
- 1.5 tsp of Mustard with Dill
- 3 tbsp of Mayoniese
- 1 tbsp of corn flour (to stick) or you can replace with egg yolk
- 4 tbsp of chili flakes
3. during that 30minutes, bash up 3 packs of biscuits. any kind you can find at home
4. 30 minutes later, heat up the pan with olive oil or any other cooking oil, cover the chicken slice/cube with the bis crumbs and parmesan cheese and fry.
5. Take up when it's golden brown, sprinkle pepper, parmesan, chili flakes, lemon to taste.
