Birthday

Don't know why but I never like surprises. The one and only birthday surprise I got was my 21st birthday with the help of Sereen and her then bf. It was one of the sweetest thing ever.

Since born till primary school days, without fail, every year I would have birthday parties. Until high school, I statred celebrating birthday with my family and friends. Not only do I not enjoy surprises, I don't really fancy crowd parties for my birthday.

Oh - I do enjoy birthday luncheon and dinner with my lovelies! These are definite thing to do. As much as I would want to shout birthday is not something important, but to think of the pain my mom has been through, and the gift given by God - I thought, at least the birthday is meaningful enough to be appreciated by myself and celebrated with family and friends. Yes, simple lunch or dinner will do.

I can't thank God enough for the people who remembers and make an effort to organise luncheon/dinner for my birthday. I just know - I need to appreciate these people. They are my gifts!
